包装与发货

可沟通卷装、折叠、压缩或项目包装。实际包装方式、件数、唛头、运输责任、费用和预计交期应写入报价或订单；网站展示不自动构成承诺。

到货验收

收货时请检查外包装、件数和运输状态，并在合理时间内核对颜色、尺寸、加工与订单要求。若发现破损、短缺或明显不符，请保留外包装、标签、照片、视频和运输单据，并尽快联系我们。

退换与定制产品

问题处理方式取决于确认规格、问题原因、证据、使用状态和订单约定。未经沟通请勿自行退运。已按确认要求生产的定制产品，除非存在双方确认的质量或规格问题，一般不能按普通现货处理。
